Para Carry 9 LDA with fiber optic sights and 2 extra mags... so 4 mags total (they sell for $25 each). Match grade bull barrel, power extractor, Para-coat durable finish. BTW, these come with extra set of fiber-optics. Current has green installed, but spare red. Wanting to fund another purchase. BTW, these are rated to shoot as hot a 9mm load as you can find. These are a flat hammer with a Light Double Action, around 4-5 lbs. Frame is rounded to prevent snag. These are made for concealed carry. Selling new on gunsamerica.com for $899.99. I paid $799.99 plus transfer, shipping and tax. Coupled with the 2 extra mags ($25 each).
Here is a review: http://www.usconcealedcarry.com/read/gu ... -style-9mm" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;. I did send it back to Para for extractor replacement out of the box, functions 100% now.

I have put less than 100 rounds through. $700, will travel within 100 mi of Brownwood (That puts it to Waco, Abilene, Weatherford, etc).

Good Ole Brownwood! I remember every year someone got their big rig stuck under the Austin Ave. underpass and had to deflate the tires to get out...now there is an overpass there....

The Brownwood circle was really a circle, not a "T".

Gordon Wood was the coach at the High School.

There was a Piggly Wiggly on Austin Ave.

Friday nights on the "drag" downtown....

Things have changed over the years, haven't they?

Not just a whole lot! The Hoggly Woggly is now an HEB; Fri nights are now at Sonic or Commerce Blvd strip; Coach Shipley is the football coach... Arby's, Burger King, and Pizza Inn are all closed. We do have DQ still, two Sonics, McD's, Taco Bell....

Would you sell just the green sights? I might be interested in the green sights for my Tac Four if the price is right.

Thanks,

Thanks,
Sorry but no. These are ones that come on this model. The extra fiber-optics are just the fiber itself to change out in the sight.
Thanks though!

Well, if the guy brought panache to school, he deserved to be chewed out!

Somebody needs to buy this Para. $700 for a pocket LDA 1911 is a pretty good deal.
