Thanks for posting

My mom has been wanting a LCR for CHL. This might be her deal.

I have the 22 and it has the 22 mag cylinder. It's a fun gun to shoot. Just takes a little longer to load and unload than what I was used to. My daughter loves to shoot it when we go because she can shoot as many rounds as she wants without it costing me an arm and a leg, lol.

On the Heritage Rough Rider: I've shot a 22 mag version that belongs to a neighbor. It's okay. This particular one has a manual hammer block SAFTEY that took some getting used to. Had never seen a safety on a modern revolver before. Had to do a thorough cleaning on it before it would fire reliably. After cleaning it shot reliably and very accurate (9 inch barrel). As mentioned above it takes some time to eject the emptys and reload.

I like the air mattress they have on sale :) Just kidding.
I've never really thought about Academy for a firearm purchase. I remember several years ago when I used to purchase the 9mm Blazer ammo for dirt cheap..something like 4.99 a box.
