A CHL instructor/FFL friend of mine was recently looking to purchase a guard dog. One such dog had great promise. The owner suggested he warm up to the dog by giving him a cookie.
My friend got the cast off of his hand yesterday.
Still don't know if he bought the dog.

That's funny. Don't know the dogs name but I have been calling him the cookie monster.

I hope he didn't buy the dog. It sounds like it would be a dangerous animal to have around, especially with kids. It's a good thing that he didn't get acquainted by having the dog lick his face.

I agree. The only reason he might have bought the dog would have been to introduce it to it's maker.
Of course another thread on the forum tells us what happens to people who buy dogs one way tickets to puppy heaven.
