WTS Doublestar AR15 Carbine package - FTF Houston

My Doublestar Carbine is for sale. Bought it immediately after the election and have fired it less than 200 rounds. It's been a safe queen and decided it's time to let it go. Gun is chambered in 5.56 NATO and has 1x9 twist, 16" barrel. Gun includes tri-rail and BUIS, one used 30-round mag and two more mags NIB. Currently sighted in for 50 yards.
Package includes the following ammunition:
430 rounds, UAE milsurp ball (from Classic Arms)
80 rounds (4 boxes) Monarch Brass
20 rounds (1 box) Monarch steel
20 rounds (1 box) American Eagle
20 rounds (1 box) Federal XM193
and 160 rounds (8 boxes) Federal Power-Shok JHPs.
asking price for gun alone is $675; for package, $850, FTF in Houston. (I'll consider shipping, but you will cover all shipping expenses and your FFL must be willing to receive from an individual. Will not ship to CA or other non-2A friendly locale. You are responsible to know if this firearm meets all state and local laws.) Won't break ammo unless gun goes first.
Usual caveats, must be able to own firearms and ID must be shown. Transaction will be complete within 7 days of agreement.
