1. Yah either buys or makes a white angel food cake.
2. Yah takes some fresh blackberries and cooks them down with about 3 tbs of sugar, 1/4 cup of water, and some cinnamon. Use teh potato masher to mash up teh berries a bit while they're rendering down.
3. Yah makes some vanilla velvet sauce:
   
   • 1 cup confectioner's sugar
   • 3 tbs butter, melted
   • 1 egg yolk
   • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
   • 1/8 tsp salt
   • 1 cup heavy cream
   
   Yah beats together teh sugar, melted butter, egg yolk, vanilla, and salt. Yah whips teh heavy cream in separate bowl until it forms peaks. Yah folds teh whipped cream into sugar mixture.
4. Yah cuts yerself a thick slap of teh angel food cake. Yah heats up a skillet and toss some butter in it. Yah fries teh slab of cake (just like making Texas Toast) in teh hot sizzling butter until slightly browned and crispy on all sides.
5. Yah flips teh hot, butter fried angel food cake inta a plate.
6. Yah liberally pourz on teh blackberry sauce an' teh vanilla velvet sauce.
7. Yah eats teh dessert, try not ta eat too fast.
8. Yah cleans yer whiskers and sighs.

I'm just sayin'....

Tehise sounds like a good ID for doze peoples what carry IWB and haf too much extery space between teh belt and teh belly.

...prolly got an elusive flavor...hafta test about 3 pieces to get a good opinion...and Wild Bill hit it on the head...givin' "roll out the barrel" a whole new meaning...sure hides better after supper, though...

Went to store

bought angel food cake and berries

started home, nibbled on berries, ate half the cake

Arrived home, ate rest of cake and looked at berries

tossed berries in blender with ice cream.

threw away bathroom scale

nap time.

I sometimes slice angel food cake into rings & layer with honey sweetened yogurt & berries. It's not as guilt inducing as some desserts.
