She will be working to get "high-capacity" magazines banned per proposed legislation by Sen. Frank Lautenberg (D-N.J.) and Rep. Carolyn McCarthy (D-N.Y.). Apparently they want the public to think gun owners only want "assault clips" [sic] so we can shoot lots of little children.

you beat me to the post! but anyway when I saw this I was outraged it implies that the only reason to have a "High Capacity" MAGAZINE is only so I could, in their words 'kill a lot of people" this is propaganda at its worst and it makes me sick. These people are control freaks who lack a brain and a conscience. If they had their way we law abiding folk would be reduced to carrying pepper spray for home defense. Its time for some politicians take a stand for The 2nd Amendment and stand up to these cowards and their outrageous lies and propaganda. I could care less Democrat or Republican stand up for my rights and I will stand up for you.

exactly what came to mind my too. they can ban high capacity clips, I use magazines instead.

I'm sure they wouldn't stop until all we could use to defend ourselves were eggs. but then peta would get all bent out of shape so we'd have to resort to throwing lawn clipping at the world's criminals, hoping that it aggrivates their allergies to the point of running away scared.
