Lake Bryan, Bryan, TX

I go out to lake Bryan somewhat often to mountain bike or just hang out. Doing some research, it's a cooling lake built and maintained by Bryan Utilities but I've seen some stuff on there about Texas Department of Wildlife dealing with the fish and all. I'm not familiar at all with the laws on carry in state or national parks/lakes so I wanted to verify here with everyone else that I can in fact carry with CHL there. Thanks!

It doesn't look like this one's under the Corps of Engineers, so general state park regs are all you need to worry about. And that's very little! If you have your CHL, you can carry all you want in state parks as long as you keep it concealed and don't decide to go poaching. No-gun-signs have no force of law for state-owned buildings, etc., as well as hiking or trail signs.

It's patrolled by both BPD and TPWD wardens. You should be fine to carry out there. FYI - The Hook bar and grill MIGHT be 51% but I'm not sure if it's posted properly or not.

I am shocked, but it's not 51% according to TABC.
It's listed under the name "LAKESIDE ICEHOUSE" at 8200 Sandy Point Road.
Sign = BLUE.

BTW, this came from a Baylor Bear, so take it with a grain of salt. ;)
Seriously, though, I just looked it up on the TABC web site.

I had to do it by address because it did not locate Hook...
