Congratulations! I did 37 out of 50 on quiz #1. Some of those questions are pretty obscure and I didn't read a couple of them carefully enough.

I did 31/50 on Quiz 1, the 41/50 was supposed to be on the "hard quiz"
On quiz 1, there were a few that I read an answer, thinking "yep, this is it" and I should have read all of them, where "all of the above" was the real answer --- more proof of something I never learned in school - read the question and answers ENTIRELY before answering LOL
I think, had I read all of the answers on Quiz 1, I would have gotten 37-40, some I had just never heard of (or remembered hearing about)

I got 48 out of 50 on quiz #1, but I had only one cup of coffee this morning.
This kind of question irritates me:
40 WHO WAS CALLED THE "SAGE OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL CONVENTION"
I don't remember ever hearing the term "sage of the Constitutional Convention," and it is not relevant to understanding the Constitution today or its history.
A knowledgeable citizen should know who were the key actors at the Constitutional Convention; and of course one of them was Benjamin Franklin, who was 80 years old at the time (hint, nudge).
It's a pity that the
Constitution defines the qualifications for Congress, and no further qualifications can be added except by amending the Constitution. I would like to see candidates achieve at least 40 out of 50 on such a test. Maybe voters also.

What got me was knowing the amendments by number. I can't tell you off the top of my head what the 12th or 21st amendment says. Obviously I can look them up, but I didn't try to cheat.

9 out of 10... Didn't read all the answers before picking the wrong one.
37 out of 50... There were some things in there I'd never heard of.
Sage of the constitution was one.
I had never heard the VP's salary wasn't covered.
Pretty cool site though.

The constitution and history have always been on of my "things", more especially in recent years regarding the constitution.
I took the Advanced Advanced Quiz and got 45/50. Gotta Study more.
