Minnestoa Bill Aims To Expand Rights To Use Deadly Force

The proposed bill allows deadly force not just against a violent attack, but also against an intrusion that may lead to a violent attack. The arguments put forth by the opposition are some of the most inane I've ever seen, but the bill's author, Rep. Tony Cornish, makes some excellent points. Among them are:

"You can’t rape a .38”
"People have got to learn to take care of themselves."
and
"Cops are wonderful and they’re good. They solve crimes, they come out and take pictures and make chalk drawings." (speaks to his previous statement!)

I borrowed the signature for this post. Army vet is OK. Marine is better. "rlol"

Per your original post. Sounds like an improvement for the LAC's of Minnesota.
