Another so-called "accidental shooting" by someone unloading a weapon. Shot himself in the leg in a parking lot.

Too little info to know how, and I wonder if this was a CHL holder.

"when the weapon discharged". Maybe the gun was mad at the guy.

Just remeber, he made no mistake. His gun just wanted to make sure it was still in working condition so it fired on it own

Maybe it was mad cuz he didn't take it to the range enough.
