Was bored one day on the Droid market, and found the Texas CHL app. Pretty cool stuff off to a good start. It has locations (user input) with 30.06 and 51% so you can see before you get there. Off line laws and general info. Thought it was cool so letting people know. Its FREE. I dont know if it is for other platforms.
