Getting ready to send my stuff off for my CHL. This is the checklist they have given me on the site and in my emai.

2 fingerprint cards or fingerprints submitted using FAST
Photo holder
2 Signed Photo
CHL-100 Training Form
I have everything except I don't know what the heck the photo holder is.

Should I sign or print my name on the photos. I have an illegible signature.

Its no longer required to sign the photos. Just put them in their own envelope with your name on it and include it in your packet.
