question re: disposition/past criminal charges

i'm going through my CHL checklist and, unfortunately, have to fill out a CHL-78C for a burglary arrest in 1996. The two charges were burglary and larceny, the burglary was reduced to attempted burglary (misdemeanor) and i was sentenced to 365 days of unsupervised probation. after the 365 days, it was dismissed completely. the larceny charge was also dismissed completely.

i guess my questions are;
1) what kind of documents will i need to include with the CHL-78C form (it says all judgements and charging instruments, but im not sure what that means)

2) do you guys think this will prevent me from obtaining my CHL?

this is the only arrest i have in my past and my record is squeaky clean since.

to clarify - the charge was auto burglary, not burglary of habitat... and my 'burglary' was getting hammered at my going away party and passing out in my neighbor's truck. apparently one of his gloves from the passenger seat was missing after that and i was to blame.

The good news is that it won't disqualify you from a CHL.

What you need to do is get a certified copy of the Disposition(s) from the county clerk to send in with your application. When listing the arrest(s) on your application, use the same wording that is on your Disposition to describe the charges and outcome.
