I read elsewhere this morning that the House passed HB 274, a "loser pays" tort reform bill, a few days ago. Does anybody know the status of SB 13, the companion bill? The last reference I could find was that it was in committee some time back in March.

Just curious...

Since I retired, I haven't kept up with it, but I assume if/when it passes, I'll hear my Ex-boss hollaring, either from his home in Boerne, or the office 225 miles away in Cleveland.
