NRA Files Suit Against Unconstitutional Ban on Carrying Firearms for Self-Defense in Illinois

This *looks* to me like the big follow-up to Heller & McDonald. First the right to *own* guns - in D.C. Then the right to *own* guns at the state level - and finally incorporate the 2nd amendment. Now, the right to *carry* guns!

Let's all cross our fingers and see how this plays out.

Licensed to carry in two other states, so obviously someone considers her competent. Being denied the right to self defense in her own state made her a crime victim.

This case could be good.

Yes, they've chosen a plaintiff well!
