What's next?

So…I have searched the site over and found a bunch of different comments regarding the
current legislative session. I even read the one that said “In layman’s terms”, it too got off track.
So… do I understand it correctly, as of right now we are putting up and 0’fer????
Not your hopes or dreams or maybes…… an 0’fer right????? What went wrong? So many had
high hopes…many put all their chips in on this session. Has the current group of ramrods lost its impact..if so what’s next?????

Nothing's 100% for sure yet, but it looks like the TSRA is going to be 2 for 3 on their high-priority legislation.
The
employer parking lot bill has passed both houses and is waiting for a conference committee to iron out the differences between the two versions.
The
range protection bill is on the House calendar for tomorrow, and shouldn't have any problem so long as it gets to a vote.
Campus carry is the only priority bill that got derailed, and there is lots of discussion in various threads around here on how to approach it next time.

What's next? Gearing up to defeat 1/3 of the senate (including some lying, back-stabbing Republicans) and 1/2 of the house.

What's next? If SB905 passes, contact Perry and let him know he should veto the bill. Without the proposed amendment even he would be in the same boat as the rest of us. Only legislators are deem "special".

I thought the "special" people included state wide elected officials. But not the voters who elected them.

I thought the elected officials were removed by the Alisea amendment
Rep. Aliseda's amendment on the 16th removed them but it appears some skulduggery may have occurred on the 19th.
