IRS Making Payments a problem?

My cousin is going with us this Saturday to the CHL class/test. She went to do her app online today and freaked out where it asks about being delinquent with taxes. She is on a payment plan with the IRS. Is that considered delinquent? I told her that's probably only an issue if you're behind on your payments. What do you folks think?

That's only for certain types of state taxes. They don't care if you're behind on your federal taxes.

It is actually true. They are talking about local taxes, NOT Federal.

Yep, we don't care about Yankee money, only Texas money.

If you are making payments, that means you entered into an agreement with the IRS to do so. As long as she is not behind, then it should be no problem.
