Murrah Federal Memorial

Does anyone know if the Murrah Federal Building Memorial in Ok City is Off limits for CHL carry?
It's owned and operated by a private foundation:

Also most of it is outdoors. I don't know of any reason that it would be illegal to carry a weapon there. However, I can't say with 100% certainty..
