In 2006 I was arrested for stealing 60 dollar pair of shoes at the mall so the judge gave me 1 year of probation. Half way through my probation I stop showing up for some reasons and a year later in 2008 I turned myself in and the judge gave me 10 days of confinement but I only did the weekend.

Since no one else has replied, I'll take a shot at it.

From my reading of your case history, your deferred adjudication was revoked and you were found guilty of a Class B misdemeanor with a conviction date of 12/19/2008.

A Class B misdemeanor has a disqualification of 5 years from the date of conviction. Therefore, you would not be eligible for a CHL until 12/19/2013.

If you steal a pair of 60$ shoes you can get a CHL after ONLY 5 years of waiting? :cryin
