Driving to Colorado

I've checked the handgunlaw website extensively and I think I got it figured out but just want to put it to some vetting.

I'm driving from Grapevine to Boulder, CO. visit my brother. I will only be in OK for just a tiny bit so I'm not terribly concerned but who knows, I might get a flat or something.

Lets see if I can make this into a sort of chart as I understand the differences. I'm only listing the ones I expect to encounter.

RULE=TEXAS/OKIE/COLORADO

Schools=Y(no buildings)/N/N
College=Y(no buildings)/N/Y?(no buildings)?
No Carry Signs=30.06/any/any
Bars=N/N/N?
Red Robin et.al.=Y/Y/Y
Rest Stops=Y/Y (but not bathroom/buildings :roll: )/Y
State parks etc=Y/Y/Y
Playground type parks=Y/Y/Y
State/City buildings=Y/N/N
Must Inform=DON'T CARE, I'M DOING IT WHETHER I HAVE TO OR NOT

They certainly don't make it easy. Maybe I'll get off my duff and write some sort of app that would compare 2 or more states and spit out an easy to read report on the differences between the laws. More strict in red, less in green, same in black, Kalifornia and NY as black pits of despair.... :lol: .

If anyone has anything to add or correct something I'm missing I would certainly appreciate it. I'm a little nervous going afield for the first time. I'm also bringing some of my old WWII rifles that he would love to play with but I'm not worried about those.

Oklahoma IIRC...
max caliber 45;
university parking lots are a yes (unlike elementary-HS school lots which are a no);
no loaded longarms in vehicle

The page appears to be offline right now, but you tell the script what state(s) you hold a permit from, your departure state and your destination state, and it gives you most of what you'll need to know, which direct links to the more arcane stuff.
