If I had a company, I'd give him a job. Glad he did the right thing and let us know about this disgusting plot.

I heard about this on the radio today.SQLGeek wrote:The Fed violating their own law...who knew.
I do not see why that is not protecting him this seems to be a case that law was made for. I hope he will get a nice big payout from the ATF coffers for wrongful termination.surprise_i'm_armed wrote:It always bothers me when a whistleblower tries to shed light on wrongdoing, there's a "Whistle Blower Protection Act"

My sense is that as the investigation shakes out, Congress is going to hold onto this like a junkyard dog, and nobody who is dirty is going to get out unscathed.....including the President in 2012. In the end, not only is this fired employee going to win his wrongful termination suit, but there may be some criminal charges against those who fired him. God is just. This kind of crap will not stand for too long. It already stinks. The more time it spends under the sunlight, the worse it is going to stink.loadedliberal wrote:I do not see why that is not protecting him this seems to be a case that law was made for. Unfortunately, this would come out of our pockets. What needs to happen is those that were responsible for his firing should lose all of their government retirement benefits to pay for any settlement.loadedliberal wrote:I do not see why that is not protecting him this seems to be a case that law was made for. So what if this guy gets a big payout. I'm not saying he doesn't deserve one - he certainly does. But where is that law that makes US - the taxpayers - whole again after these kinds of shenanigans. Where is the "payout" back to the US Treasury for all the wasted time, money, effort caused by this bunk?loadedliberal wrote:I do not see why that is not protecting him this seems to be a case that law was made for.
