It's got a Dell laptop like I got. I wonder if it takes 15 minutes to boot up like mine does.

Even though the Space Shuttle doesn't have to follow FAA rules, NASA protocol requires that the astronauts have their tray tables in the fully upright and locked position prior to take-off and landing.
