Gun Hobbyist Exercies Montana's New Firearms Freedom Act

The Montana Firearms Freedom Act, which he drafted and pushed through his state's legislature, declares that guns made in Montana, stamped "Made in Montana" and staying in-state aren't subject to federal regulations.
After the state enacted it, he announced plans to manufacture the Buckaroo, a miniature rifle that is based on an 1899 Winchester model and intended for children between ages five and 10. Orders, at $200 apiece, poured in. Some came from lawmakers.

Could have huge implications if it holds up in court. Many years of legal decisions would have to be flushed. Many would call it a Pandora’s Box for federal law.
If successful you could flush the following:
Fair Labor Standards Act
Age Discrimination in Employment Act
Controlled Substances Act
Endangered Species Act
Consumer Product Safety Act
Americans with Disabilities Act
Civil Rights Act of 1964
Health Care Reform
And that's just a few.

After
Gonzales v. Raich, it seems unlikely the current make-up of the Supreme Court would side with the Montana law. Although there was one dissent in the case that gives some hope:
If the Federal Government can regulate growing a half-dozen cannabis plants for personal consumption (not because it is interstate commerce, but because it is inextricably bound up with interstate commerce), then Congress' Article I powers -- as expanded by the Necessary and Proper Clause -- have no meaningful limits. Whether Congress aims at the possession of drugs, guns, or any number of other items, it may continue to "appropria[te] state police powers under the guise of regulating commerce."
