L1/FAST times

How long does it take FAST to get the finger prints to the DPS? I took mine on Tuesday and he said they would get them to DPS until Friday. I assumed it was transferred instantly. Thanks!

Fingerprints are transmitted in a nightly batch. Tuesday's prints go from the local office to L1 on Tuesday evening. (For us, that is. Some offices transmit the next morning.) Then L1 transmits to DPS the following day.
