Reminds me of all those laughable rulings pre-Heller which said the 2nd Amendment wasn't an individual right, either. Lower level circuit courts are nothing but life-tenured yes-men who smile and nod to further their preconceived agenda.

Bloomjerg has plenty of respect for the Second Amendment...as long as you are a political elite...its the common rabble that he wants to keep disarmed.

That man is no real leader and cannot even be a good "prince". Someday that "city-state" will no longer be under his yoke...

Yet the people there will re-elect him.

The problem I have with this is the people that elect fools like this and then move away to get away from what they allowed (and were a part of) to be created.

The big problem is when they move to Texas and start all over again here.
