Please someone tell me this was a photo-shop job and that our president did not just stick his hand in another leader's face!

Well, let's check two very
reputable sources.
First - The one you may tend to agree with more.
Second- The one I am guessing you have issues with.

Definately NOT PhotoShop'ed. However, there are a lot of times in these shoots that people are looking different directions, have hands up, etc. They take a BUNCH of shots to get one that is good, so wouldn't suprise me at all if someone called out to him and he waved while photos were being taken, then the photog decided to share the photo.

One of those sites, not sure which, crashed my browser everytime it tried to open.
Probably a popup issue.

There is a shadow on the other person's face which I think matches the angle of where the light on the left side is reflecting on some peoples' heads. I'm guessing it's real, because otherwise it would probably be debunked rather quickly.

I retract my statement. However I agree with KeithB and think it was unintentional. I could be wrong but that seems petty even for this President.

I just saw the video of the event. The wave was definitely intentional, but not to block the Mongolian President's face. President Obama was tired of all the flashes and waved his hand as if to say, enough. I do think this was a bit arrogant of him to do so, but as Keith B has said, there were so many pictures being taken he should have known better. A sill shot of him doing this was inevitable.

It appears to be a Photoshop job. There is a shadow missing from the person in front of him on his right.
Apparently my eyes deceived me.

You've probably been reported to AttackWatch for looking at the picture.

I heard that at that very moment the photographer was asking the question ..."Who wants to see Obama reelected in 2012 ?".

I am guessing it is one of those little mix-up's similar to when President Reagan quipped something to the effect, "Let the Bombing begin".
