FS in TX - LOWERED - Springfield Custom Shop 9mm Operator!

Forsale - one Springfield Custom Shop FULL RAIL 9mm 1911 Operator! On all the forums I am on, I have never seen another one of these in 9mm - EVER. I special ordered i and waited a year for it!
For those not in the know - the Springfield Custom Shop is at the same level as Brown, Wilson, Nighthawk, etc. This is not a standard production Springfield. Ordering a gun from the Springfield Custom Shop usually involved a 12-15 month wait right now.
The MSRP for this gun was $3200 when I ordered it. Springfield Custom Shop prices have jumped up a bit now, and it would likely be at least $200 more.
My asking price is $2400 for the gun and 7 mags... OR
LOWERED to $2300 for the gun and the two factory mags (in case you just want to save some $ and get just the gun). No trades, sorry. Face to face sales only. Email me at: goldfishpanda@Hotmail.com if interested. Serious offers only.

This 1911 works 100% and has never jammed. I simply don't have the "1911 bug" anymore. During that 1 year wait, I sorta moved on to other firearms. Now, the wait is even longer for a Springfield Custom Shop Gun (I've been told that is is now 15 months wait)
My gun also includes 2 factory Springfield nine round 9mm mags. I also have FIVE Tripp Research Cobra 10 round 9mm mags - These cost me nearly $46 each (with shipping and tax). Several of the Tripp mags have only been use on one or two range trips. So, several of the mags are essentially new.
I will include the 5 extra Tripp Cobra mags if you buy the gun at $2400.
Gun is matte hard chromed and has never been holstered! This gun is a custom order, but I have never seen another one on any internet forums or anywhere else.
I have the original wood grips that came with the gun , along with the Hogue rubber grips shown in some of the photos below (see one of the last photos).
The gun has 1400 rounds total through it. I ordered it from the Springfield Custom Shop in August 2008, and it arrived in July 2009. It has pretty much just sat in my gunsafe.
I am also including the MTM case that the custom shop sent the gun in. And, I have the original Springfield Custom Shop Certificate that came with the gun (to prove it is a REAL Custom Shop Gun - only guns built from the ground up have the "Custom Shop" symbol on the gun)
