Just as that has changed in our favor through a lot of hard work by a lot of people, so too it could go back the other way all too easy...if we, the law-abiding citizens, don't remain vigilant. When folks forget about how hard it was to get something like that done, the bad guys are quick to rush in and take advantage. It is EXCELLENT to see that graph, though. Thanks for posting.
