WTB Beretta PX4 Subcompact .40S&W

I'm looking for a Beretta PX4 Subcompact chambered in .40 S&W. I'm in Huntsville, but will travel anywhere between College Station and Houston.
Gun must include all the original accessories(backstraps and magazines) as well as the factory case.
My local gun shop has them for sale for $478 new.

I'm looking to spend close to $400 for a used one.
I make custom holsters that I sell for $40 each. They are very similar to Crossbreed Supertucks. Would be willing to add one to the cost to sweeten the deal.
I also have a few items I would be willing to trade towards the cost of the firearm.
