I shot my 1st idpa match on the 26th at the impact zone,it is the best thing i've done
to improve my skills with my carry weapon.The people with WHIDPA were great,helping
at every turn. I intend to shoot 2 matches a month, to improve and stay proficient with my
carry weapon's.A big Thank you to the WHIDPA club for making it a great experience

Glad you had a good time. Had a great group of new shooters that night. All shot safe and seemed to have fun. I look forward to shooting with you again (I was the old guy giving the safety briefing). Wed nights are great, but remember we will be putting on a Sat Match next sat that will be twice the rounds, twice the scenarios and twice the fun.

Garry - Is this something that y'all put on the first Saturday of every month?

Yep. First Sat is the WHIDPA IDPA match
Second Sat is the WHIDPA 3 gun match or the Thunder IDPA match up in Conroe
3rd sat: Open
4th Sat: Pearland (PSC) IDPA match

IDPA is alive and well in the Houston area

Good to hear its a good group just moved to the area and have been wanting to try out weds as my weekends are busy. Finally have the resources and plan to head out there this weekend.
