My wife is the same way. She grew up hunting with a shotgun with her father. She keeps a 12ga with a pistol grip and a side saddle full right next to her night stand.flintknapper wrote: I have encouraged her to shoot it and practice from time to time...but she just isn't into handling a pistol, she keeps telling me if ever trouble arises, she'll just go get the shotgun!
