Merrell Center in Katy

We attend and even work several craft shows around town, many of which are in the school stadium buildings such as the Merrell Center in Katy and the Barry Center in Cy-Fair. Since there is no sports activities going on, is it legal to carry or does the fact that they are school owned property come into play?

School owned buildings are off limits period. I believe the Merrell Center is owned by the Katy ISD, so it would also be off-limits at all times.

And the Berry Center and athletic stadium that share the same parking lots at Barker Cypress and West Rd. is owned by the Cypress-Fairbanks Independent School District (part of a December 2001 $470.5-million bond referendum...that my taxes continue to pay for).
