A couple of recent podcast that discusses what to consider when you carry a gun and what to do should you need to use it. Marty Hayes is a former cop, owner/instructor of the Firearms Academy of Seattle, a law school graduate and Directory of the Armed Citizens' Legal Defense Network. In these podcasts, legalities are discussed plus hints on what you can do to keep you out of jail or being convicted.
I've been carrying from almost the beginning of the Texas CHL, taken instruction from three different professional self defense instructors, and read a bunch but listening to these shows, I still learned something new.

--Our guest is again Marty Hayes, Director of the Armed Citizens' Legal Defense Network. Our discussion this time is on what to do and how to act right after a self-defense incident. We cover how and when to make your call to 911, what to say to the emergency operator, what to say and do when the police arrive, the importance of getting the right representation and a whole list of other subjects. It is another jam-packed episode that is critical for the responsible citizen who just wants to protect himself or herself and stay out of jail.
