Carry at the auto show?

Any reason I cannot carry at the auto show at Reliant?
To my best understanding, none.
Reliant Center is county property, where 30.06 posting is inappropriate.
The "No Weapons" policy is just that, a policy, not law.
Auto show is not a listed sporting event.
Anyone, have I missed something?
