...last time...after the war...they gathered them all up and sank them at sea...didn't learn a thing by it...I wouldn't send 'em a Red Ryder...

The shame is that there are more bad examples (most of them tied to the original British empire) than good ones and that our Federal government seems to have developed the same amnesia as the Brits.
