I heard the Feb. 5/Feb. 6 The Midland Odessa gun show was a real success for a vendor I know ... and a neighbor says there's lots of oil jobs out there, he bought a camper to go work to get his house paid off fast ... so at least in some places it's good

The last few gun shows I've gone to Jan/Feb have been somewhat lacking in the way of quality product. Even some empty tables that were full last year. I asked one of the venders about it and he said that business was so good in Nov and Dec that a lot of venders were out of stock and having a hard time restocking.

I can only imagine what the crowds will be like if OB is leading the polls in late Sep.
