When, oh when, will they ever learn?

That these "gun free" zones represent target rich shooting galleries to those inclined to go on rampages such as this.
I am sure we will see all the more rants espousing new "illegal gun" laws to supposedly prevent this. Isn't it already illegal? How much more illegal can school shootings (and, by extension, any shootings) be made before it finally stops?
My heart grieves for the victims and their families, but I hate being accused, by association as a gun owner, of promoting such crimes.

Student stood up at breakfast at the cafeteria and suddenly started shooting.
They serve breakfast at high school?
SWAT arrived 30 minutes after the shooting in big vehicles.
Teacher chased the gunman.

I can remember eating breakfast and watching the Three Stooges on TV in my elementary school cafeteria when I was in the 1st Grade back in the '70s.
Edit: Oh, you asked about high school. I guess my reading comprehension has left me. Yeah, I don't remember breakfast at high school, either.

Sure they do, it's why they confiscate healthy sack lunches fixed at home

Below are the numbers which reflect the "national average payments," the amount of money the Federal Government provides States for lunches, afterschool snacks and breakfasts served to children participating in the National School Lunch and School Breakfast Programs.

The School Breakfast Program provides per meal cash reimbursements to public and non-profit private schools and residential childcare institutions that provide free and reduced price breakfasts to eligible children. Reimbursable meals must meet federal nutrition standards.

Yeah, for kids who are eligible for free or reduced lunches (families living below the poverty line), those two hot meals are often the only ones they get. We even send home food for some kids for the weekend.

Well, it appears there was one shooter, a student. Apprehended a block or two away from school. 4 kids shot... no conditions on them reported as of a while ago.

The shooter allegedly shot at his victims in three different locations across campus, officials tell news. The shooter then was chased by a teacher.

Getting rid of the evil known as Zero Tolerence and running schools like it was done 40 years ago would be the best solution. It wouldn't hurt to toss out PC as well.

There are some on Twitter that claim to be students at this school. According to some of them this is the photo the alleged shooter--Thomas "TJ" Lane--tweeted last night. Scary?

Supposedly he was bullied.
Dead student killed while waiting for a bus, but that didn't make sense when I read it. Unless the shooting thing started earlier before he got to school.
Sad.
