This is wrong. I've been told Alabama now recognizes Texas and vice versa since the middle of last summer. I thought we got New Mexico too over a year ago. How else is this map wrong? When are these people need to get on the ball on updating their site

I go to here for the best information. more detailed information may be found elsewhere on the site.
Packing.org is falling by the wayside.
The owner, Mark Solomon, has posted there that he is pursuing a law degree and doesn't have the time to maintain the site. He has asked for volunteers, but the folks that responded say he never contacted them.
As the pioneer site for concealed carry info, it is sad to see it wither.
I just go there to read the gun talk. Too much of the data is outdated.
You can find much discussion of their problems in gun talk.

Alabama reciprocity was officially approved August 8, 2006.
And yes, Packing.org used to be an excellent resource, but no so much anymore. The information is too outdated. I also find the data on Hanggunlaw.us misleading at times as well. Posting questions on this forum seems to be the best option for us today.
