Perhaps the change in leadership in the DPRK will turn out to be a good thing.

They destroyed their Plotnonium generating reactor got hunderd tons of fuel and food, and 6 months later they detonated their first nuke, one year later, another nuke, and some time later, they revealed their industrial enriching ura plant. Their words are worth nothing and they black mailing SK and USA because of the 10,000 multi-rocket launchers aimed at SK.

That depends on how long it takes to unload the food off of the freighters. Once the last cargo container is off the boat, all bets are off once again.
