Just a heads up if you buy one of those cases and have a mp5 that will fit in it, either the k needs to be FA or have a sear pack, or the gun needs to be a NFA AOW, or I think you might could make the case a AOW, but I am not sure about that and it might require marrying the gun to the case. Also as someone that has used that thing, besides the cool factor it is almost pointless. To control it you have to hold it sideways.
They also had a leather hand bag you could reach in the back with and grab the gun with your hand and it is supposed to be much more controllable. I can't say from first hand experience on that. I can say that I have a tiny duffle that my k will fit in and if you flick your wrist just right when you pull it out the stock locks perfect. In two seconds I can go from bag to shoulder. I prefer it there. even with the castle sights I can slaughter to 100m with it all day.
rcasady, I am about to build 3 hk53 clones on SW receivers, and a HK51 clone on a PTR receiver. If you want me to take photos or anything let me know. I will be glad to help any way I can. The 53, 51 and mp5k are built a little alike in the front with the cocking tube over the trunnion.

this is definitely an action movie toy that i personally would never desire to own , but i believe you are correct that you have to register the case as an AOW and maybe your mp-5 also when used with or in the same location as the case .
the bag on the other hand sounds awesome
