Man with two handguns walked into the lobby of the University of Pittsburgh Psychiatric Hospital and began shooting.
Emergency room entrance has metal detectors and even police are not allowed to have weapons inside the hospital. Lobby does not have metal detectors.

Man was not a patient at the hospital, he was one of the two dead.

They will surely get metal detectors at the lobby now.

The Harris County Psychiatric Center has an open lobby like this one probably had. Don't ask me how I know.
