OWB holsters - too many choices.

I have been carrying my Springfield XD9 subcompact IWB (Crossbreed) for a couple years almost now and while I like the feel and conceal of the Crossbreed, I also have a holster that works for OWB, but I would like something different and possibly better.
I went to The Arms Room earlier today, and saw the Desantis Mini-Slide, but they did not have it available for the XD9sc, and of all of the Mini-Slides they had, they were all brown, and I think I would rather have black, but not certain.
Also looking at Galco holsters, and am wondering if anyone uses the TAC SLIDE BELT HOLSTER (
http://www.usgalco.com/HolsterPG3.asp?P ... &GunID=273" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;), I like the look on it rides high (maybe all good OWB's ride high?)
what about the JAK SLIDE BELT HOLSTER (
http://www.usgalco.com/HolsterPG3.asp?P ... &GunID=273" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;)
For both of the Galco's above, I like the look of them, with the last inch or so of the weapon protruding down (At The Arms Room, as the employees all carry OWB and open carry, I have seen a few people with similar looking holsters, and well, it looks cool.
Have you used any of the holsters above?
What are the pitfalls?
Are their other manufacturers holsters that you would recommend for OWB vs what I have shown above?
Thanks in advance for any and all insight!

PItfall in the 'looks cool' holster is that if you sit down and the muzzle catches on something, it might just push the gun up and out of the holster vs. one where the muzzle is covered.

I've bought some stuff from these people --->

I have not had a problem with any of their products so far and the prices are reasonable too. I just placed a order today for some more of their goods. I ordered a belt and a magazine holder.

There are legitimate concerns about the SERPA retention system. I encourage a potential buyer to look past the marketing and make an informed decision. I had one 5-6 years ago and got rid of it but YMMV.
A leather pancake or Askins Avenger style would be my suggestion if someone doesn't need a retention device.

I have a Mini Slide for my Colt Officer. It was my favorite until I got my Bianchi 82. The Bianchi rides higher, hides more of the gun, and just feels better. And it can't fall out.

I highly recommend the Kramer MSP paddle holster. I have one for my Colt DS and it is my favorite holster. I just ordered another for my new Beretta PX4 Subcompact. They are a bit pricey, but they are built to last a lifetime. The are extremely comfortable, have good retention and conceal under a shirt or light jacket. Since it is a paddle design you can wear it with any size belt or no belt if your pants are tight enough.
Even though I keep it concealed, the high gloss black finish looks cool.

You should check out the Galco Concealable Belt Holster. They hold the gun high and tight with a nice forward cant. Also, the leather covers the entire muzzle.

For some reason I don't like holsters with that type of belt loop. I don't think Galco makes that type of holster for Teamless's gun.

That another advantage to the Kramer MSP. It is infinitely adjustable because it doesn't have to fit between belt loops. Also you can put in on and take it off without taking off your belt.
