Hello all. I have a Benchmade 9100 Auto Stryker that I bought about a year ago. The blade is new new new...except for the few letters that I opened with it. The outside of the knife looks a bit rough. Not sure why, it just is. It opens fast and is legal to own in Texas, carrying it is another story. These sell new for $250...I am asking $125.

Not really wanting to trade, but I am more than willing to entertain offers.

I live North of Dallas. If you want me to ship, $125 + $7...and I prefer paypal.

I dont think the outside of the knife is that bad, but is does not look new. The blade has never been sharpened....and does not need it.

I want to reiterate...the blade looks brand new.

So under Texas definition isn't an "auto" knife a prohibited weapon and covered under 46.05 as opposed to an illegal knife covered under Sec. 46.02. UNLAWFUL CARRYING WEAPONS?

(Sec. 46.05. PROHIBITED WEAPONS. (a) A person commits an offense if the person intentionally or knowingly possesses, manufactures, transports, repairs, or sells: a switchblade knife;)

I realize this is a for sale thread, but am confused regarding being legal to own....

Auto knifes are sold all the time at local gun shows and county fairs, legal to sell, hold, posses, just not carry on your person.
