No matter how much money you pour into a Viper, for some reason it still sounds like a six banger.

Nobody has ever been able to explain to me why v-10s sound like v-6s. The only thing that has that v-8 rumble is a v-8. I used to have a Buick Grand National and it was fast, at least for the late 80s, and really fast for a v-6, but I just couldn't learn to ride proud in a car that sounded like that.

I could be wrong, but I think it is because it is kinda like two 5 bangers and the bore diameter of each cylinder is smaller than most if not all V8's.
