Huh? Wasn't Tebow good enough? Get Jerry Jones on the phone now!

Hard to pass up a Manning. Wonder what Tebow is thinking. Should he stay or should he go. I hope he leaves and gets on a good team.

Tebow's good, but probably not ready as a Super Bowl QB, yet - he also seems like a "team player" as opposed to someone who's going to demand to be traded. Manning might be the one to take the Broncos to the big dance.
But (dreaming a bit, here), Dallas might be a good place for him to mature a bit for the next few years. We might be having an opening in the future, ya never know.

I might get run off this board but...I'm not in love with Romo anymore. He'll look pretty good one week and then the next he looks lost. Plus I think he's missing that x-factor. Romos' stats and all, I'd look at Tebow coming to Big D and learning some more. Like you said, ya never know.

I think it would have been okay with me if Peyton had chosen the Titans as in: GO VOLS!

How could Manning turn down 96 million dollars and the ability to call the plays for his offense? That was the apparent thing that influenced his thinking. If his future health had been the factor or his hope at a Super Bowl, I think San Francisco would have been the selection. Tennessee made a strong offer which would have looked after Manning long after his playing was over, so that must not have offered what he wanted in terms of up front dollars.
Well, it is done, and we shall now see who comes out the real winner in the deal.

Elway is thrilled. Not only does he gain Peyton Manning, he gets to get rid of Tebow without the fan backlash. Tebow has already earned resentment in the locker room. How could he not when a QB who does very little and has the worst completion percentage in the league gets all the credit for what the rest of the team accomplished? I have nothing against Tebow as a person but Tebow mania is nuts. He is a competitor alright but the way the league is now, you have to be able to throw the ball and score points. Tebow is not the QB for the job.
