I would say several corroborating eyewitnesses is pretty good proof,not to mention a signed statement

what an unbelievable waste! Now I don't think we should slam the door and throw away the key. But I think a minimum of a 10 year revokation of hunting license and massive amounts of community service. Perhaps cleaning up roadkill would do this man some good.

Are these felonies or misdemeanors? I'm hoping felonies, persons this stupid should not be able to own a gun.

3 counts with up to 6 months jail time each and a 9 year hunting ban is it? Is there no federal law on the books that can be thrown at these guys?
