Okay the second part of the question.
How often do you carry a revolver?
I suspect for me it will be in the 25% range once I get some range time in.

I'd go with 100%, but there is that every now and again that I'm walking my ol' lady home that I don't have it with me, as I've opted for the S&W Sigma, just for the sake of not getting too used to one gun or another.
like to keep my options open!
I love mine. when/if I get an ankle and/or shoulder holster, it will again go to 100%
more often than not, it's my main carry, due to it's size and power combo.

I don't own a wheel gun at the moment, I sold my S&W 66 fifteen years ago.

340PD "almost always". Yesterday, I did a little hog huntin' on Corps land and had to leave it ...
But every once in the while, I'll put the PM-9 or Glock in or on the pants. But if the boots are on, the 340 often still goes on the ankle ...

I sometimes carry my Rossi 720, 44 special, around the house. I have it on right now. Some days it just feels like the right gun to carry. Most of the time though I carry either my Ruger P 95 or KT P 11. They have more capacity and conceal better and the Ruger shoots better.

Revolver 100% when I carry, split about 60/40
between NAA Black Widow and SP-101.

Revolver about 20% of the time. But when I find the right one for me, maybe a lot more.

I've never really been able to feel good when I'm shooting a revolver. Maybe some range time with a good one would cure me of that.
