Well a decision has been made and a friend of mine has decided to take on the United States Air Force, specifically the Law Enforcement Squadron, with respect to 2nd, 4th and 5th Amendment RIght violations. He can prove most if not everything, including them having a search authorization for guns and them taking things other than what they were authorized to take. He plans on investing everything he can into a criminal defense and once the prosecutor declines to prosecute or (in the unlikely chance they try to prosecute this) the minute an aquittal is obtained then he plans of filing a federal civil rights violation law suit.

If anyone has any information about good, gun friendly criminal and civil rights attorneys would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Maybe a call to TSRA or the NRA would be a start. They may have some names for 2A attorneys
