...from an ex-cop's point of view: how STUPID to give clothing description and not even mention the race of the suspects...in the name of being "sensitive" and PC???

That's ok ... I do wonder if they separated the two purposefully to avoid the contentious black male / hoodie connection. But like I have said before ... I get just as cautious around a couple of white thugs in hoodies as I do black thugs in hoodies ... especially in Houston in the spring.

Story must be fabricated fiction. Rice, being a private University which only accepts millions from the Government in Grants and aid, does not allow guns on campus.
Entrance 23 on Sunset Boulevard, is in a "safe" pretty area, with nice trees and stuff too ...
