This is my personal back-up gun with less than 100 rounds fired. It is in like new condition with all factory items and it was used very little. There are no problems with it, I am going back to a smaller gun for back-up carry (going back to a 380smaller due to size). Due to ATF rules, since I have owned this less than a year, the buyer needs to fill out a 4473 and do the NICS background check (for non 'CHL holders). I will ship to your FFL for $20 more and I can accept credit cards. I will try and get pics posted by tomorrow, pm me if interested.

That is not accurate.

Either you are selling it as an FFL, in which case the Form 4473 is always required, or you are selling it as a private individual, in which case paperwork is never required (in Texas).

You are incorrect sir, my statement is 100% accurate, if it were not true I would not have stated it. You can reference section 478.125a of ATF publication 5300.4 if you want to see for yourself.

You too are incorrect, one of the cheapest places to buy has a new one for $435, then you have to pay a transfer fee. I have mine listed for about $400 plus sales tax (yes I have to pay sales tax on this sale). If you do not like the price then do not buy, there is no need to make posts bashing what I am trying to sell.
